beautiful decor really good staff expensive bar mini bar
the hotel has a beautiful decor. the staff were really good. the shuttle to the village worked out great to.
the rooms do not have a fridge. instead it has a mini bar with sensors. move something in the mini bar and you will be billed a lot for a beer.

Mixed Feelings about This Stay
poor check-in unnecessary charge
The check-in process was notably poor. The staff member did not offer assistance with luggage. Hotel amenities were not properly explained. These oversights gave me the impression I had checked into a lower-quality hotel. The resort fee was like an unnecessary charge.

underwhelming experience
loud hvac cramped room
i found the hvac system particularly bothersome. it was excessively loud and cycled on and off constantly, disrupting my sleep throughout the night. the room size felt cramped. it barely accommodated my luggage and me.
