fantastic marina stay!
spacious room family activities friendly staff fun bicycles
I really enjoyed how the room was spacious even with my family there. i loved all the activities they had available especially the bicycles. It made touring the whole place so much fun. splashing around in the pool was also a nice way to unwind. the staff were also friendly and , made the experience really great
i noticed a slight increase in room rates compared to last year it was still manageable though.

the resort is near popular boat tour departure points and that is convenient. several restaurants are close by for many dining options. there are also small shops nearby for basic needs and it is very convenient.

the pool area looked very inviting. there are bicycles available for touring the resort. i appreciated that there was ice skating tennis and pickleball on site. the marina bay view added a touch of luxury with yachts visible.

my room was clean and spacious. it was nice that it featured a laundry machine so we were able to pack light. the bed was very soft and comfortable. the air conditioning was quiet so sleeping wasn't an issue.

peaceful getaway with family fun
onsite supermarket convenient location buggy service
i had a super pleasant stay. the location is amazing for family outings as it is close to many boat tour companies. i appreciated quick access to island hopping. the golf buggy service was really convenient for getting around the resort quickly with my daughter. the supermarket onsite was a huge help as we had breakfast included only. it made buying snacks easy.
the gym's air conditioning was a bit too strong making workouts less comfortable.

breakfast included a wide selection of hot foods like eggs and thai dishes plus cereals pastries and fresh fruit options. juice and coffee were available also. the on-site restaurants are easily accessible. a convenience store is available for essential purchases.

serene marina moments
loving atmosphere evening date little touch
the surrounding views was a gift and my room seemed like ours with a loving atmosphere. the hotel placed us near several restaurants, so every evening was an intimate date. the onsite supermarket proved useful for those little moments.
some receptionists does not understand english properly, so communicating requests becomes challenge.

the breakfast buffet offered a grand spread that met many needs, vegetarians and non-vegetarians, with lots of choices. i was taken by the service that created a good experience, very helpful. top ensured all guests felt cared for.

I found the staff very helpful. the rooms were clean and spacious too. the location provided relaxing walks in the early mornings and evenings. i enjoyed the buggy service. It was convenient to get around the complex.
the wooden flooring in my room needed some maintenance. i noticed it was uneven and spiky in some places.

Excellent Resort Stay
serene atmosphere good variety easy access
I appreciated the well-kept hotel that created a serene atmosphere. The room had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes. I also found the location convenient because it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
One minor issue I encountered was that the pool area sometimes got crowded. It was occasionally difficult to find an available lounger during peak hours. Additional seating could improve the experience for all guests.

The staff was polite and attentive. They were always willing to assist guests. I found their courteous service quick to address any concerns I had . The hotel manager seemed sympathetic and was always cheerful.
