The breakfast was acceptable, with a standard selection of items.
The room had a noticeable musty smell and some visible mold in the shower. The air conditioning unit was excessively noisy. The furniture looked worn, showing clear signs of age and overuse.

Wonderful stay!

The hotel grounds featured open, green spaces. The easy pool access from the rooms was a great plus. The staff were really good, especially the restaurant and beach shuttle teams. I also appreciated the good breakfast choices to meet all tastes (the waffles were a treat!).
I found the decor somewhat basic.

The room included large, comfortable beds with quality pillows. The air conditioning worked very well and I could easily connect the television to streaming services, so i did not miss shows from back home. The bathroom was big too.

Breakfast service featured a basic, but very good selection with smiling staff. Room service provided very good options if I did not want to dine out (the service was quick!). The food matched the quality of the local restaurants.

I found the staff very cute. Nothing seemed too much to ask, and they always greeted me with a smile (especially at breakfast!). the hotel is in a quiet area but close to shops. the villas are well-kept. I appreciated the private pool and the security it offered.

the staff provided perfect service and was helpful and polite. the shuttle service to the beach was very handy and the driver was friendly. reception always acknowledged guests upon entry and exit.

the room was spacious and very clean (and cleaned daily). fresh towels and water were provided regularly. the beds were large and comfortable and included four quality pillows. air conditioning was very good.

the hotel has a lovely pool area and felt very quiet. breakfast offered a good selection. the hotel restaurant's food was very good quality and comparably priced to restaurants on the street.

the location is near shops including a seven and eleven and laundry services. it is a ten minute walk to the beach. the hotel also offers a free shuttle to kata and karon beaches several times a day.
