breakfast buffet variety choice attentive staff clean pool

i was very impressed with the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of choices like fresh fruits and omelets. the staff was always attentive and helpful with requests. the pool area was clean, and it had sufficient loungers. i noticed the garden was well-kept too.

the wifi signal was a little weak in some areas of the room. this made it difficult to stream videos at times, but IT WAS still usable for basic browsing. it was a minor inconvenience.

Staff provided prompt service and addressed our needs efficiently. The reception desk was available 24 hours. The hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions at fixed times. Laundry service was available at a reasonable cost.

i appreciated the spacious layout of the rooms. The BED was large. The breakfast buffet offered varied options, from local dishes to continental fare. The staff responded quickly when i requested extra towels.

amazing resort stay

ocean view balcony beds friendly staff

i totally loved the beautiful scenery around the resort. the ocean view room was perfect, and i chilled on the little balcony beds. the bar staff was so nice, they remembered my drink order daily. a hidden alley (i found it on the last night!) led to the lively side of the area. i recommend going there for more stuff!

the room was outdated and not super clean. i noticed the shower head was pretty disgusting. also, i had to ask the cleaning lady to replace beach towels myself.

Excellent Stay

friendly staff great pool departure assistance

The hotel's pool was great with nice views and also a swim-up bar. Staff members were friendly and helpful. They assisted with our departure boat. Breakfast had a great selection, including a juice maker (I loved it) and sparkling wine. The food was of good standard for lunch and dinner.

The shower in the room didn't have much pressure, made washing long hair a bit tricky. The hotel seemed a little aged. I believe they are planning refurbishments later in the year.
