The service here just didn't cut it sometimes. Exchanging currency was a hassle since they ONLY took dollars or yen. I REALLY needed to exchange Chinese yuan. Late night food cravings were a NO-GO because room service shuts down after midnight. Simple things took FOREVER. I asked for water and waited OVER thirty minutes after TWO reminders. I found this UNACCEPTABLE.
