fantastic experience by the beach

the resort features lush tropical gardens right on a beautiful beach. i noticed cleanliness throughout the hotel. the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of options, very pleasing. mr thi was a very kind person and he took us to get coconuts, i found that very delicious!

It detracted from relaxation. i wish the prices were more balanced, though the experience was really good!

i found the room cleaning to be substandard , there was hair in the bathroom and footprints on the floor when i arrived. dust was also apparent on the lamps , suggesting infrequent attention. the noise level at breakfast was also a problem , with toddlers screaming and children running around uncontrolled.

The resort is gorgeous. Its design blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The beach access made morning walks and sunset viewings easy. I enjoyed having multiple dining options available right on the hotel.

The Wi-Fi signal was a LITTLE weak in some areas of the hotel.

The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, facilitating various workout routines. Three restaurants offered a variety of cuisines. Breakfast had eggs made to order. There were many beach loungers available. I could find shaded spots easily.

The Breeze bar had a happy hour. This allowed guests to mingle and enjoy discounted drinks. Mi Casa was a restaurant across the street, offering Italian cuisine. I went there for dinner. I TRIED seafood at the beachfront restaurant. The service was quick.
