fantastic experience
free bikes relaxing atmosphere
the facilities are top notch i especially enjoyed the free bikes i used them to explore the area. the customer service was quick efficient and really helpful i extended my stay because of it. the pools were well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for all guests i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facility.
my only issue was the limited number of english channels on the television i would have liked more options for entertainment in the room.

the room was spacious with nice decor and it offered a comfortable retreat. the facilities are great the room had modern amenities and a layout designed for both relaxation and functionality i loved the balcony view.

slow room service broken weight machine
The free bikes were alright. I used them for a quick ride into town.
The room service was rather slow. My order took nearly an hour to arrive, and it was cold. The promised complimentary fruit basket never showed up. The gym was also pretty disappointing, with only one working treadmill and a broken weight machine.

lush paradise
winding paths jungle greenery
the grounds feature good winding paths and jungle-like greenery everywhere. i found four pools there, it gave a cosy, exclusive boutique hotel feel (i really loved it). the two restaurants provided delicious meals and the breakfast was amazing.
The hotel seemed bigger than i thought, many tour groups were present. as a young family, the vibe wasn't quite what i wanted. It felt more suited for tour groups.

the breakfast had great diversity, with options ranging from western style to vietnamese dishes. fresh, locally sourced ingredients made the food delicious. i deeply appreciate such quality and support it wholeheartedly.

The hotel features three pools. I always found seating available at these areas. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered many choices.
There was no room service. This was a slight inconvenience.

french colonial style ceiling fan pool space attentive staff
i stayed in a french colonial style room. it had wood, ceiling fans and ceramic tiles. three pools provided space and i could always find a seat. staff were kind and happy to go the extra mile for me.
room service was absent. it wasn't a problem for me. my wife enjoyed the spa.

delicious breakfast attentive staff tour group older people
The breakfast was delicious. The pool was beautiful. the hotel was like an oasis, i thought though it was not visible from the road. the staff was attentive.
the hotel was a lot bigger than i expected, this meant there were many tour groups! and a lot of older people. i felt it wasn't the vibe i was hoping for, it was like a tour group hotel.

The grounds had beautiful pools, i enjoyed the variety. i used the shuttle service. It was very convenient. breakfast was tasty, and i especially liked the pho station.
the hotel was larger than i thought, so it sometimes felt crowded. there were many tour groups, which affected the atmosphere. i wished for a more intimate setting .
