amazing resort experience!
river view breakfast selection effective air conditioning
I stayed in the beautiful river view balcony. the balcony offered an amazing view of the river. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes that i loved! the air conditioning was super effective. It kept my room cool even during the hottest part of the day.

the sky pool offered amazing river views. the staff helped arrange airport transfers and other trips. i found the breakfast selection great with varied options to suit different preferences.

limited selection noisy air conditioning
the location was acceptable, a short walk to the main attractions (a market, for example).
The breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection seemed limited and did not cater to western tastes (mostly catering to asian guests). additionally, the air conditioning in the room was old. it was noisy and made sleeping difficult.

The shower didn't function as expected. The plughole was slow to clear.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide selection. The hotel provided free bicycles, a useful amenity for exploring the area. I appreciated the rooftop pool and bar, offering clean facilities and sufficient loungers .
The gym equipment was quite outdated.
