I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room and appreciated the gorgeous view. the hotel is expansive and well maintained. Shuttles made it easy to get around.

during my stay, i noticed a lack of cute capabilities from some reception staff! also, i thought the thai food in the restaurant was not good given the price.

The breakfast had a good variety of food. It was replenished quickly. The location of the hotel is near shops and restaurants. It reminded me of you were out of the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Some of the supervisory staff seemed officious. Many rooms are on the side of a very steep cliff. They are accessed via hairpin paths. I had a fall on unsecured, loose electrical cables. This could cause a serious injury.

Great Resort With Minor Hiccups

The hotel rooms include spacious bathrooms. The breakfast had variety of food, delicious. Staff were kind and helpful. I appreciated the world-class spa. Benz was cute, professional, and kind, so I felt I was in good hands. Pearl and Yaya are amazing. Staff remembered my name everyday. The staff there was very pro and super friendly.

The hotel is expensive. The hotel charges far more than other island restaurants. The resort had many families. Quiet places near the pool were hard to find.

The resort provided multiple pools to use. The beach was easily accessible from the pools. Golf carts regularly transport guests around this big resort, but calling them is mandatory.

My Villa room had a direct view of the beach. It included my own swimming pool, that was private. The rooms are spacious and include large bathrooms with many towels.

The rooms exceeded my expectations. they were beautiful, clean and very well equipped. i found the shuttle bus service up and down the hillside convenient and efficient. I rarely waited more than a few minutes. the pool was perfect.

the hotel features beautifully landscaped grounds. it is set along a picturesque cove beach. the grounds were immaculate. monkeys, a snake, gekkos, a monitor lizard and many birds added to the location's charm.
