the resort grounds are gorgeous with picturesque views. spa and gym facilities are top tier. staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival and were always ready to assist. i found evenings lively with activities like fire shows ..
The beach bar service was quite slow. It took a while to place an order and receive drinks even when other customers who arrived later were served first.

I was a bit disappointed with a couple of things. The gym equipment felt a little outdated. some of the machines seemed worn. Plus, the selection was limited, i expected more from a place like this! the breakfast buffet. It had a lot of options, though the quality wasn't always consistent! the pastries tasted stale one morning. it just wasn't the high standard i anticipated.

I appreciated the prompt shuttle service from Krabi Airport upon arrival. The Ocean Beautiful Villa provided ample space with a large balcony. I found the amenities good, and the swimming pools amazing. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
I had to wait longer than expected for drinks at the beach bar, even though I arrived well before happy hour.

The extensive breakfast buffet provided diverse options, including egg dishes, various fruits, and pastries. The fruit juices tasted excellent, not watered down. Attentive staff in the restaurant looked after guest needs.

The location offers direct beach access and comfortable loungers are available. I loved the proximity to bars and restaurants reachable by a short beach walk. The hotel bar allowed me to appreciate sunset views at great value.

The villa provided an ocean view from a private balcony with sun loungers. Inside, there was a jacuzzi and both an indoor and outdoor shower. There were also televisions in both the lounge and the bedroom. A well-stocked and reasonably priced mini bar completed the offering.
