It was very clean, and it included everything i needed, the birthday bunting was a nice surprise! ordering food to the lodge was convenient. i found the hot tub to be very relaxing.
The hot tub was a bit noisy at night. I wish there were instructions on how to turn it off.

Local takeaways deliver directly. Menus are available, this made dining very easy. Happy garden chinese delivered directly to my lodge too! it was a convenient option.

The setting was perfect and peaceful. It was right beside the river, i found the location fine! the views over the water were tranquil and picturesque.

The chalet was beautiful and super clean, heating was adjustable and robes with spa slippers were provided. Plenty of towels were available! the lodge and all beds, including the sofabed, were very comfortable.

the chalet was very clean and well equipped. the grounds feature two rivers. the wifi connection was reliable, awesome for uninterrupted streaming. i found the check-in process efficient and relaxed.
the jacuzzi emitted a slight whine when on, noticeable from the balcony.

Staff members were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. They promptly addressed all inquiries. the resort also provides local takeaway menus in the visitor information, helpful for ordering meals delivered directly to the lodge.
