running paths all-inclusive option generous size

I found multiple restaurants throughout the resort. The all-inclusive option was very convenient. i appreciated the separation of the beach space for those over 16. It was quiet and generous. the green spaces and running paths were suitable for active mornings. i really loved the food variety.

I observed some staff members that looked disconnected. Others treated guests well.

excellent holiday experience

comfortable bed daily cleaning

the room featured a great sea view and a comfortable bed. it included plenty of toiletries, daily cleaning, and a mini bar refill (perfect after a long day).

some cocktails were inconsistent (they don't measure the alcohol). i had to specifically ask for less alcohol. the staff accommodated my request, so the issue was resolved.

really good stay

friendly check-in food variety excellent galas wheelchair access

check-in was friendly and efficient upon arrival. the evening buffet presented a large variety of food. both christmas and new year galas offered excellent food service and entertainment. accessibility was great as a wheelchair user (i really appreciated that). i attended three à la carte restaurants, asian, italian, and steak house. head chef ali and assistant pavlan created wonderful food with obvious care.

the beach and gardens are beautiful and peaceful for relaxed moments. the hotel maintained immaculate cleanliness (i found this very excellent). the cleaning team deserves credit for their diligence and attention to detail.

breakfast at the buffet had lovely food served by a dedicated team. i drank wonderful cocktails in the lobby bar (all top-shelf spirits). there was great service at lunch with burgers, sushi, and pasta, available as part of the all-inclusive offer.

great staff fresh food

i enjoyed the kids club a lot and the staff were super with my child. bahar, sena, and özoe were really good for my child. the facilities are super, and it kept me entertained all day long. the food is so good and always fresh, and they have many options to chose.

The gym had modern equipment. I found a large variety of food at the buffet. (The desserts were varied and looked very appealing.)

The air conditioning was not very effective. The rooms were too warm at night. I requested a late checkout, but this was not possible.
