The guest relations team were readily available and solved a minor issue quickly. The restaurants offered varied choices and the facilities were clean. All pools were well-kept and I appreciated the quiet areas available. My son's birthday happened and the staff acknowledged him.

I noticed some areas could use refurbishment to maintain a high standard.

I found the staff very helpful with any request. The pools were clean and well-kept. My room was spacious and well-equipped. I especially enjoyed the variety of food available at the restaurants. The location was convenient for exploring the area.

The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours it was hard to use equipment.

The rooms were definitely showing their age. Our bathroom really needed some updates. The shower especially was quite outdated. the air conditioning seemed to struggle, and I wasn't able to adjust it to a comfortable temperature during the warmer parts of the day. It's frustrating when you pay for a certain level of comfort, but those details let the whole experience down a bit. The room wasn't really clean. I found traces of the previous guest in the bathroom.

The rooms were a major letdown. Our Superior Double or Twin Room looked tired. I found some mold in the bathroom, it was unpleasant. The air conditioning barely worked. The minibar wasn't always refilled either.
