charming holiday experience
easy check-in heated pool excellent food
the transfer from the airport took about 30 minutes using a coach it made arrival simple i experienced an easy check-in process food selection was great i especially liked the snack bar i also dined at the mongolian a la carte restaurant and found it excellent the outside pool was heated and i enjoyed it.
i noticed that service at the bars seemed inconsistent sometimes and priority seemed to go to turkish and russian guests

the restaurant provides fresh orange juice each morning until 10 a.m. there is a wide variety of foods available for lunch and dinner ensuring many choices are available daily for every guest i appreciated the selection of turkish pastries.

the hotel animation team plans morning and evening events daily staff members are friendly and helpful workers ensure the mini club is a cute place for all the kids attending i thought the hotel was really wonderful for families.

the room included a mini-bar which was restocked daily with various beverages the rooms are lovely and meet expectations daily housekeeping keeps everything very clean i liked the view of the sea from my window a lot.

delicious food good service
The food was delicious! I especially liked the Mongolian food. There was a wide range of pools and drinks were always available. Room service was also very good!

repeat visit was superb
alcohol access homely atmosphere premium selection
returning for a second stay, i found some operational improvements, specifically regarding alcohol access. the removal of alcohol from public fridges seems a positive step towards preventing underage access. the hotel's cleanliness remains excellent, and it maintains a homely atmosphere despite its size. i was pleased with the premium drink selection and the staff's willingness to make cocktails.
i observed that the fizz in the draught beer was less than what i am used to back home. this minor detail led me to prefer bottled beer options . it's not a major issue, but some guests might find it noticeable.

our room included a minibar stocked daily with water and soft drinks, providing convenient refreshments. the room had ample space for luggage and personal items. i also noticed the soundproofing was very effective, contributing to a quiet restful experience.

the hotel offered very easy check-in. i found plenty of food options too. there was also a snack bar, it was really good!

helpful housekeeping great waterpark helpful reception
i appreciated the waterpark it offered plenty of slides. housekeeping was very helpful throughout my stay. eray and ege at reception were helpful too.
The gym lacked some newer equipment. I noticed some machines showed wear.
