poor soundproofing uncomfortable climate

i was hoping for better but was really let down by a few things. the room was noisy i heard everything from outside despite the closed windows the soundproofing needs improvement. the air conditioning was also a major issue it blew directly onto the beds and was way too powerful making it really uncomfortable at night the constant noise and poor climate control made sleeping difficult

food variety unmotivated staff

The swimming pools were clean.

The food at dinner lacked variety. It became quite repetitive. Service at the main hotel bar was poor. There were not enough seats available. The staff there did not seem motivated to serve guests, disappointing!

A Decent Place to Stay

entertainment team great atmosphere clean hotel unprofessional manager broken ac high temperature

Kerem and the entertainment team were amazing. The atmosphere was great. The shows were nice. The hotel is unbelievably clean, and the food is unreal.

I think the staff needs to replace the head manager at the reception ASAP. This person is not made for this work. The AC is a joke (when you remove your roommate from the holder, it switches off). Temperature in the room rises up to 32 degrees.

balanced stay with some drawbacks

comfortable sunbeds clean beach great food disturbing noise short entertainment few activities

the beach was wonderful it was clean and the sunbeds were comfortable. the bar at the pier served drinks and snacks. the food was great there was a great choice of different cuisines.

the room was nice i could hear parties even with the windows closed. it was a bit disturbing. there were very few activities during the day. the night entertainment seemed short and not exciting.
