The staff provided warm service, i felt very welcomed from the start. my room was always kept spotlessly clean, this included all areas of the hotel. the gardens looked wonderful. It was like a peaceful retreat.
the room decor seemed a little dated. it was still functional, but a small refresh would make a difference

i found the staff consistently friendly. i was upgraded to a premium block room after some initial noise issues, a very pleasant surprise. the room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the football pitch and the sea , a beautiful view. generally, i observed the staff working hard and maintaining a positive attitude.
the breakfast buffet felt very crowded. i noted the tables outside were packed closely together , and the whole area seemed quite busy. this.

the hotel sits close to the sea , though direct access is limited. reaching the town requires a bus journey or a taxi ride. nearby are beautiful sunset spots to enjoy.

hardworking staffloud musiccramped buffet
the staff were hardworking and always had a smile, acceptable.
I was upgraded to a premium block room after loud music kept ME awake the first night. i then had multiple instances of unwanted noise, including music from the hotel next door, or when they decided to pneumatic drill their car park. it wasn't relaxing on the balcony, and the breakfast buffet felt cramped with tables packed close to one another.
