mixed feelings about this hotel
unhelpful staff inconsistent cocktail
the food selection was decent and offered variety.
additionally, i found the cocktails to be inconsistent in taste. Some were poorly made, especially at the beach bar.

extensive selection excellent setup clear waters
The food selection was extensive with live cooking daily. the halloween setup was elaborate and excellent. i especially enjoyed the variety of swimming pools. The infinity pool bar offered nice privacy. the beach area was fine with clear waters.
the gym had limited equipment, potentially causing waits during peak hours.

i noticed the hotel offers good lunch and dinner options. fresh food was abundant, with many choices available.. i did not go hungry. quality dining definitely added to the overall experience.

delicious options great facilities entertaining shows
The food was superb, with delicious options that catered to every palate. I loved it! the facilities were great, well-kept, and contributed significantly to my overall experience. They were amazing. the daily shows were a highlight, entertaining and adding a touch of excitement to each evening!
the beach was a little rocky though it didn't bother me too much.

lacking entertainment hard english
the room was clean upon arrival.
the entertainment was definitely lacking. every day felt exactly the same.. aqua gym, volleyball, that same pool game. also, getting any kind of service in english was a struggle. it was hard to ask for basic things and get any help.

the resort offered diverse dining. i visited the main restaurant often, it had amazing variety and fresh food (i loved it).
