A Pleasant Hotel Experience
attentive staff high quality food great room many children sound isolation
The staff was very attentive to my needs. The food was of high quality in the buffet. The hotel offered branded ice creams at the bars, a nice addition. The room had a great layout with no marks on the walls. Housekeeping was superb.
It was difficult to book an a la carte restaurant . The app indicated no availability, even when trying three days in advance. I found there were many children. This could be a negative if you are traveling without kids. The soundproofing could be improved. I could hear kids screaming in the corridors outside rooms at 1 am.

superb stay!
clean hotel attentive staff varied options well equipped gym
The hotel was clean. the staff were attentive and helpful. food options were varied and appealing. i liked the pool area. It had ample space for relaxation. i found the gym well equipped, i used the treadmill and the weight machines.

The hotel is conveniently located close to local shops. a taxi rank is available directly outside, though it can sometimes be busy. the area is generally quiet. I did not experience any noise disturbances.

The main restaurant offered a wide selection of food. there were dedicated stations for different cuisines. i noticed gluten-free options were clearly labeled. The dessert selection included fresh fruit, though the pastries varied in quality.

Staff at reception were polite and efficient. room service was generally prompt. My order arrived within 30 minutes. i encountered some language barriers with certain staff members but overall, service was satisfactory.

my beautiful room had a balcony with a partial sea view. the room included a minibar, restocked daily with water and soft drinks. i found the bathroom spacious, though the shower pressure was somewhat inconsistent.

corporate clients prioritized groups
The grounds were kept immaculately. Constant cleaning took place.
I found that staff prioritized corporate clients. This. It was NOT a five-star experience. I was uncomfortable wearing beach attire while surrounded by large, single-gender groups.
