I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient for visiting Universal, and I appreciated the shuttle service that took us straight to the parks. The room was spacious with a separate area for eating, and the kitchen amenities were a nice touch. The dining options were diverse and reasonably priced, although I wish there were more vegetarian dishes available. Overall, it offered great value for what we paid, but I did find the drinks at the bar a bit overpriced.

This hotel delivers a fantastic experience for families visiting Universal Studios. I was impressed by the convenience of the shuttle service which made our trips to the parks effortless. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the on-site amenities, especially the dining options and refillable drink cups, were great perks. However, while the rooms were spacious, they could use more storage options for larger families.
