The free shuttles to the park were VERY useful. The location is good and not too far from the attractions. The hotel offers a view of the park and surrounding areas.

The tv volume had a low maximum level. I could not hear well and needed subtitles. The beds felt too firm. I woke up with hip pain. The floors felt dirty. I didn't want to remove my shoes.

the frequent shuttles to the theme parks were very convenient. the restaurant inside the hotel was reasonably priced and the food was delicious. guest laundry facilities are onsite (this reduced our overpacking).

the noise from outside was disruptive at night. soundproofing seems inadequate, as i had to request a room change. the parking was an additional cost, not included in the room rate.

great experience for families

convenient shuttle comfortable stay two bedroom suite

i appreciated the proximity and the convenient shuttle service to the parks. the hotel had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. the two bedroom suite was great for my family (kids aged 10 and 15).

i noticed a brown stain on the wall next to the window in our room. the beds also felt uncomfortable.

The tv volume was a joke. It barely reached a whisper. i practically needed a stethoscope to hear dialogue. also, the beds seemed like sleeping on concrete slabs. I woke up each morning feeling like i'd gone ten rounds with a boxer. i needed a chiropractor not a vacation.

the suite was spacious (we definitely had enough room). it featured a separate room, convenient. a table with chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave plus a refrigerator were available.

the hotel did not include kettles or tea bags in the room.

solid stay with practical perks

clean room quick check-in excellent service

the room was clean and a good size. the check-in was quick. i found the bus service to be excellent. it made getting around very easy. i appreciated this convenience. the hotel provides reliable transportation to the parks.

the food quality was inconsistent, and i thought that more attention could be given to preparation.

Our suite included two separate bedrooms which really helped with space. the beds were comfortable. the room included a mini kitchen. It was useful for preparing quick meals and snacks. the shower had good water pressure.

frequent shuttle service friendly driver delicious food connecting room pressure washer noise level

the shuttle service to the parks ran frequently. drivers were friendly. i found the food to be delicious.

on check in, i asked for a non connecting room. i was told all non connecting rooms have a bath. the staff used a pressure washer around the pool area at 2 in the morning.
