The water transportation made getting to Universal painless. The hotel had water coolers everywhere which WAS great. The check-in and check-out processes were easy.

The hotel shop did not have many provisions for the stay. This was necessary for us.

The staff provided great service at all the restaurants and poolside. The concierge service proved amazing. It saved us so much time and energy figuring out where to eat. They assisted with securing reservations.

the hotel and facilities presented a beautiful and well-kept appearance. after dining at the restaurants, i found the food to be fantastic. the employees set this place above others i have visited. every request i made received prompt attention.

the smell of cannabis permeated the corridor and rooms. i think the hotel should ensure the no-smoking policy is followed. the shop inside did not have necessary provisions for my wife's diabetic needs.
