The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds available. The water taxi service provided excellent access to the parks. I found the hotel staff to be lovely and very helpful (they were always smiling!).

The hotel offered easy access to the parks via water taxi. This service bypassed the usual parking hassles. The staff was helpful. They ensured our needs were met. The pool remained open until 11 PM. I enjoyed the extended hours for relaxation after park visits.

The shower in my room did not work perfectly, but it was a MINOR inconvenience.

The staff was friendly. The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants and attractions.

The bed sheets and pillows were dirty. The hotel reminded me of a maze.. expect a lot of walking and getting lost. I also noticed the pool furniture is very outdated.

Our room was not what I expected. It felt small for a standard room. The bathroom door was a barn door, and it did not provide much privacy when using the toilet or showering. Finding our room seemed like navigating a maze..

The hotel charged extra for things i thought should be included. i needed a microwave for baby food but i had to pay $15 per night for it. it was very frustrating, because i already paid a lot for the room. the walls were also thin. Noise from other rooms disrupted sleep. the hotel needs better soundproofing.
