I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, making it great for relaxation after a busy day. Our room was spacious and comfortably equipped, which made our family time enjoyable. The location is fantastic since it's close to Universal Studios, which was a major perk. However, the drink prices at the bar were quite steep, and I wasn't thrilled with the service when I had an issue with one of my drinks.

The convenient location near theme parks is a plus, but the slow check-in process and rude staff interactions made it frustrating. Overall, it's disappointing given the potential this place has.
