the foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a great selection. i enjoyed the comprehensive gym facilities. my young son enjoyed the arcade with all its games, even playstation 5s. i booked a deep tissue massage and the masseuse was a very kind and gentle girl from bali and it was wonderful.

the lifts can be a hassle as they're quite small and there aren't many of them during peak times you might end up waiting a long while especially if there are several families with prams using them

the staff in all areas worked hard to keep the hotel clean. there were many food choices for adults and children in the restaurants. this hotel is inclusive for people in wheelchairs.
