outdated roompoor service
i was pretty annoyed with a few things the room was really outdated and tired it had scrapes and peeling wallpaper also there was chewing gum stuck to the bathroom bin. the food was mostly the same and not very good i even had to pour my own wine because the staff never came to our table and the dirty dishes stayed there way too long

the hotel had a lot to offer families, including comfortable rooms and a great selection of food and drinks. the outdoor areas and swimming pools were lovely. i especially appreciated the location.
the curtains in the rooms are not blackout curtains , so light comes in.

the breakfast was amazing. there were so many things to choose from for lunch and dinner too. the beds were comfy and room was nice. the pool area and beach were good, i enjoyed the beach.
the staff at check in was not friendly at all. i wanted a room near my friend but they gave us one room on another different floor. they told me they will change our room for 7 days but they didn't. curtains in the rooms are not blackout, there is a lot of light coming in

Good Family Retreat

The shuttle to the private beach ran frequently and quickly . The beach area included pools , a children's water area , and snacks and drinks until 5 pm. The food choices were very nice and constantly available , allowing us to eat throughout the day. There was a friendly atmosphere created by many British guests and people from diverse backgrounds.
The curtains in the room did not block out light well , so there was a lot of light coming into the room. I think blackout curtains should be installed to improve the comfort of the room during the early morning.

The buffet had a great food variety, with options available almost all day and night in different categories. The restaurant offered a perfect array of dishes catering to every palate. Service was always prompt, friendly, and helpful.
