The hotel exudes opulence. The variety of food and drinks is fit for royalty! The staff treated us like family. I also cannot believe how very nice the rooms are and the diverse pool choices means there's so much variety for adults and kids. What a great spot! I'll be back!

Our Beautiful Room Jacuzzi included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. What a good surprise it was to be able to step into the tub after a long day! I loved the space and luxurious feel!

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and they helped us with our requests! I would like to specifically mention Sefer, Mahmoud, Zarina, and Mahshid, were really nice to. I'll be back just for them!

i stayed in a premium room it had a sea view the room was spacious and clean molton brown toiletries were provided the mini bar was fully stocked the drinks were all branded the cocktails were lovely the entertainment was amazing i enjoyed the shows very much the band at the mikonos bar had great voices

some labeling in the phosphorus restaurant was inadequate

I noticed slight wear in some common areas. It was minor.
