I liked that the rooms are amazing. Bottled water was delivered to my room everyday. The maid service did a really good job. The safe in the room was easy to use. The WiFi worked the best. I was very happy to see medical assistance on site.
The dining experience was difficult. The noise was loud as complaints started. There was a lack of staff running around everywhere. The food was setup so you have to wait for each item individually. I ate mostly pizza because it was delicious.

the water park was super fun and had food and drink ALL day.
we arrived after midnight because of flight delays and the receptionists who checked me in were pushy AND rude. the receptionist started with "scan this", sliding a small piece of paper with a qr code. i FOUND this confusing.
