efficient process sea view large safe excellent meal

I found the check-in process efficient. the blackout curtains in my sea facing queen room ensured a restful sleep. the in-room safe was large enough to fit my laptop, a big plus. the buffet offered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I appreciated the lactose-free milk!!!

The wiring for the bedside lights was a bit unintuitive. I found it difficult to control them.

i stayed there for a couple of nights. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food. the pools were clean, and i saw staff cleaning them regularly. i found the location good, close to the beach and with easy access.

the facilities were acceptable and i could easily access the beach.

the check-in process was poor and i did not receive any information about the hotel, like the meal times or the locations of the facilities. this ended with a staff member chasing me because i didn't know i needed to pay for a glass of juice. the buffet food was average, often being served lukewarm.

The option to check in early was useful. the personnel were amazing. They were always helpful. meals provided great choices for everyone. staff attention in the restaurants was excellent. Raphael, ferdinand, and michael kamau made dining very relaxing.

i found that some afternoon tea snacks needed more protein-based alternatives. cakes were fine, but some non-sweet options would improve the selection.
