positive attitudewell kept hotelaqua parkroasted meats
the staff was always ready to assist (i really liked their positive attitude). the hotel is well-kept and focuses on finer details. the aqua park provided great fun for my daughter. i appreciated the timely meals that included roasted meats and salads.
the hotel sometimes has noise from families in rooms near the aqua park.

the hotel features a bistro restaurant, where a lady named maureen offered warm hospitality when we entered, and rebecca served us with a charming smile. the variety of food was amazing, and i particularly enjoyed the indian cuisine. the fresh juices were lovely.

the staff were generally very friendly and helpful throughout the premises, with many ready to assist. daisy at the lobby demonstrated professionalism by acknowledging our presence upon our arrival. some excellent staff members included hamisi and cindy.

The room was super clean and large. The bed was especially cozy. Housekeeping ensured everything was clean. They were very attentive.
Service at the adult pool was slow. It took a while to get the waiter's attention.

the staff seemed helpful enough.
our 'beautiful double or twin room pool view' had a noticeable musty odor and the balcony door didn't lock properly, i found that rather concerning. also, the buffet food was consistently lukewarm, not exactly the culinary highlight i anticipated and it was quite repetitive.
