Wonderful Experience with Great Staff and Food
delicious food friendly staff perfect decoration large pool
I found the food options to be plentiful and delicious. I was particularly impressed with the friendly service from the staff. They were always attentive. The hotel decorated perfectly for my daughter's birthday as I requested. The large swimming pool was a great spot to relax when the tides were low.
I noticed that the gym had limited hours, it only opens at 6 am.

The staff was very friendly and cute. They provided wonderful service . Housekeeping was efficient and cleaned the rooms daily ensuring fresh linens and towels. The staff quickly addressed any requests I had .

Balanced Experience at the Beachfront
great swimming pool clean beach ample lounge rough room condition overpriced food faulty showerhead
The breakfast offered many varieties suitable for vegetarians. The large swimming pool was great for swimming during low tides. The beach was very clean, and there were plenty of lounges available.
The shower head flew off while I was taking a shower. The beds were comfortable. Though the rooms were in rough condition. I felt that the food was okay but overpriced for the area.

strong egg smell poor water pressure
The architecture throughout the resort was beautiful.
My room had a very strong egg smell coming from the shower , along with poor water pressure. I informed reception about this issue , but a room change did not resolve the problem , indicating a problem throughout the system.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay!

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both local cuisine and western cuisine. I also found the large swimming pool to be great when there were low tides. The beach was clean and provided enough sunbeds plus beach towels.

The hotel has great access to the beach, which I found very convenient. I liked that the hotel is near the world-renowned beach. Getting to the beach from the hotel was easy. I appreciated this aspect very much.

i loved that the hotel security, dressed as 'maasais', patrolled the beach, which prevented vendors from bothering us! they even chased away monkeys trying to snatch our snacks? my kids really enjoyed the pools and the playground. i found the daily 11:00 am activities organized by dan and his team quite entertaining. playing water polo reminded me of my childhood. the food was delicious, even the kids thought so! we especially enjoyed ordering from the beach restaurant, with grilled prawns and coconut rice becoming a favorite. the room service staff was very polite. the gentleman who cleaned our rooms (3032 and 3033) did an amazing job.
I did notice a slight issue with the lifts. It could cause some inconvenience when trying to reach certain parts of the hotel.
