amazing beach experience
beachfront location excellent food polite staff
i loved the excellent beachfront location! the food was fantastic. breakfast was delicious too. the staff was helpful and polite. i not sketchy at all. they even had their own watchguard at the beach, really reassuring.

the staff was polite and helpful. the main restaurant had many dishes. i particularly enjoyed the attractive, miniature desserts because i could sample several at a time.
mold was visible in the bathroom. the lights in our bedroom turned off automatically (i had to switch them on repeatedly). the food in the hotel restaurants was terrible and expensive.

Mixed Experience. Room and Service Issues
inconsistent service uncomfortable bed
The room I received was disappointing. The king bed was actually two single beds pushed together. That was not ideal. The service was also inconsistent. I asked for replacement coffee sachets and softer pillows. It took four calls and four hours to get them. This was frustrating, and I didn't appreciate the delays.

excellent stay!
tropical complex great staff amazing pool
the hotel boasts a very green and tropical complex. it is situated right next to the wonderful beach. the staff proved great throughout my stay. i especially liked the huge, amazing pool with its bar and restaurant.
sometimes the towel counter was unattended, it was a minor inconvenience.

the beautiful ocean side view room features a comfy bed and efficient air conditioning. a really large balcony enhances the space. i thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and order within the suite.

i found the breakfast buffet to offer generous choices. the food quality stood out especially regarding the juices. the Pescado restaurant provided a superb dining experience. every kind of cuisine was delicious.

The hotel's location is perfect. The beach is easily accessible. the main streets are nearby. Shops are within a close distance. i had no problems reaching restaurants and car rentals.
