i found the staff very helpful and friendly they responded quickly to requests the room was spacious and clean i appreciated the comfortable bed and daily housekeeping the food was varied and plentiful there were many options available at each mealtime i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and local dishes the grounds were well maintained and beautiful.
the beach vendors were persistent it made relaxing on the beach difficult i wish there was more security to manage this

most staff smiled. food was always available with great quality and variety , i especially enjoyed the themed food. the facilities are top notch. i especially loved spending time at the 3-in-1 pool. the waterfall at the pool was so therapeutic!
the gym requires an extra fee , which i found unusual, considering my all-inclusive package.
