the hotel has a breakfast buffet that included various foods and drinks. the rooms were of a good size, many offered excellent sea views. the common areas are very well-kept throughout the hotel including the rooms.
i found the absence of coffee making facilities in the room an inconvenience though it is advertised as a four-star hotel.

unreliable wi-filate housekeeping
the Wi-Fi was unreliable, its signal fluctuating a lot. i told the reception about it, but they just shrugged it off, saying it happens because it's an island. that didnt helped me though. ALSO, one day, my room wasnt cleaned by 5 PM. i asked the reception if someone was coming, and they said yes. nobody came in the next hour. when i asked again, they said someone was on their way, but nobody ever arrived.

i had a really good stay. the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice and very good quality food. food at the pool bar was good and the pools were quiet when i was there with plenty of towels and sun beds. the taxi to the airport was only €32 and took less than 30mins.
the fitness center lacked air conditioning.

the breakfast buffet had so many options , and the food tasted really good. it was easy to get to palma because the bus stop was right outside. the taxi to the airport was quick , it took less than 30 minutes.
the swimming pool seemed really small to me. i also did not like that check-in was at 3:00 pm , that is late. there was no coffee available for drinking , and no à la carte restaurant , so if you are hungry , you do not have a solution.
