i was pleased with the convenient parking available within the building. the apartment included a washing machine and a dishwasher. the reception staff were friendly and provided helpful service throughout our visit.

the pool became crowded at times, affecting the experience.

The room cleanliness was a Big disappointment. I found the floors very Dusty and some surfaces hadn't been wiped well. the air conditioning was barely functional. It struggled to cool the room.

Wonderful stay with fine views

The terrace was really amazing, giving us a great space for relaxation. The beach access was very easy, just steps away from the hotel. The apartment had lots of crockery, glasses, and cutlery. The ease of going to and from the car park added a HUGE convenience to our stay.

The spa facilities closed earlier than advertised. This was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast in the bar offers tasty options. The bar is conveniently located. The fully equipped apartment kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation. Nespresso machine in the apartment added to the convenience..

Communication with the hotel was very good before, during, and after the stay. All the staff were very nice and friendly. Extra towels and help with the baby bed were provided immediately when needed.

The hotel provides a private beach . The hotel is very nice in general with amazing views. The spa is a great option for relaxation, offering a little extra treat.

The hotel is perfectly situated for families. The sea is just downstairs from the apartments. A tram stop is only a five-minute walk away. This makes accessing other parts of the coast very easy.

The apartment was large and clean. The sea view from the unit was amazing (I loved watching the sunrise). The kitchen came fully equipped which was helpful. the tram station is a short walk away.

The pillows were not very comfortable.

the apartment provided a brand new experience with a beautiful sea view. the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals and attentive service. the kids' club was a hit, keeping the children entertained and happy throughout our stay (which was a huge plus for us).

the availability of spa treatments was limited during our short stay.

A pleasant stay, but with some issues

The apartment location was fabulous. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. It felt warm in the evening, even in January. The appliances were of good quality.

The staff were rude! The café was understaffed and some staff working there were rude and abrupt. The hotel doesn't have a supermarket nearby. The cafe and restaurant were my only options for food.
