My room had a nice spaciousness. It was a Resort Room 2 Queens Non-Smoking. The location allowed easy access to various attractions. The staff always seemed polite, and this did add to a feeling of good service.

The hallways was a bit outdated. The front desk had some slow employees. There was also an unpleasant smoke smell upon entering.

The location is central. It is right near many attractions. I could easily walk to shows from here. The room included comfortable chairs and a useful table. I appreciated the workspace it provided. The bathroom tile and fixtures looked new. I had hot water quickly with good pressure.

The hotel had limited staff, so getting assistance sometimes took time.

slow elevators limited menu

The elevators seemed perpetually SLOW. i waited a good ten minutes each time, especially during peak hours. also, the room service menu was surprisingly limited. I hoped for more variety after a long day. not exactly what i want.

available cabs helpful staff modern furniture

I found cabs readily available outside the hotel entrance. the staff was helpful with directions. the rooms had modern furniture and i appreciated the good showers. i found plenty of towels supplied in my room. the hotel's location is central. I walked to many attractions.

the window was quite dirty, hard to see the view. i wish the windows were cleaned more regularly.

The reception staff was attentive, they swiftly addressed my inquiries regarding local attractions. the bell service was also very efficient. My luggage was delivered promptly. i appreciated the quick response to any requests.
