I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were noisy and not cleaned properly, and the service left much to be desired. However, I really enjoyed the spa, as the staff there was fantastic. Overall, given the price, I expected a lot more from my stay.

I had a great stay at Bally's! The upgraded rooms are really nice, and the central location makes it convenient to access other nearby resorts and restaurants. I appreciated the recent improvements, like the new shower doors, but I was disappointed to find that coffee wasn't available in the rooms anymore, which affected my overall comfort. Overall, it's a solid choice as long as they keep the prices reasonable.
