high prices limited choices

The lack of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. I had to pay extra for one. The on-site food options were also disappointing. The coffee shop always had a long line, and the prices at the other locations were quite high.

The location is awesome, close to everything important! So many delicious dining options exist. The room was very clean and recently updated, for sure. The free parking at any MGM hotel is a super benefit. It gives more freedom to explore other properties and their offerings.

great stay!

clean room speedy elevators

I enjoyed the hotel. rooms were clean also cozy. elevators were so fast. it needed a room key to access floors. It provided excellent security. i really like the hotel resort. It had everything i needed like room service, a pool and dinner.

tv signal kept dropping out often. the room decor in the hotel looks too dated. it.

service issues need addressing

slow check in pool access

the check in was slow, it dragged on all day. i wanted to check in at a reasonable time, like the hotel suggested but it didn't work out. i had to go to the reception three times, because i kept getting put off. we wanted to relax by the pool, but instead one of us had to keep going back to check in.
