i really like the staff. everyone was helpful and the customer service was good. there are many restaurants and other attractions. the hotel provides easy access to a concert event at the sphere.
the electric vehicle infrastructure need improvement. there are not enough chargers for the amount of rooms.

The room had a HUGE size! it was a Palazzo Luxury King Suite. The staff were friendly. The choices of restaurants between the hotel and the neighboring hotel offered everything from burgers to high-end dining.
I WISH there was a coffee maker in the room. Room service took a long time. The room felt very dry. I think, also, guests should NOT have to pay for parking.
