My family and I had a great time at the Palazzo. The spacious suites were a highlight, providing plenty of room for us to relax. We appreciated the clean environment and found the staff to be quite efficient. However, the pool situation was quite frustrating due to the renovations forcing guests into a limited space, making it challenging to find a spot to relax in the sun. Though the amenities were nice, the overcrowded pool area really dampened our experience.
I had a wonderful experience at the Palazzo, especially with the luxurious room and top-notch dining options. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making our stay enjoyable. However, I did have some frustrations with the Wi-Fi connectivity and service in the lounge, which detracted a bit from the experience. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, but you might want to think about the internet access if you need to work during your visit.
