solid stay at palms
helpful staff good water pressure
i found the staff helpful. the room was quiet. i had good water pressure in the shower. dining options seemed good.
The key reader broke twice . This was inconvenient. i had to go back to the front desk each time. it took some time to resolve.

A romantic getaway!
spacious rooms free parking attentive staff
I enjoyed the spacious, newly renovated rooms. The free parking offered GREAT convenience. Salvador provided amazing customer service. He gave us everything we needed for a nice time. The staff was attentive and professional.
The hotel is not easily walkable to the main strip, requiring transportation.

missing coffee machine downgraded experience
the staff was helpful.
my room lacked basic amenities. there was no coffee machine, and i couldn't even find a bottle of water. i have stayed at this hotel previously and it felt better then, now it feels like some services have been reduced. the experience was a downgrade from my past visits, a real disappointment.

disappointing room assignment
overbooked room frustrating check-in
the location was convenient for getting around the area it was near
the check-in process was not smooth upon arrival i didn't get the room type i had requested they said they were overbooked this was frustrating after traveling a long distance instead of getting the room i booked i had to settle for a different one it wasn't ideal at all
