the staff was mostly helpful, and the location was fairly convenient to local shops.
The room felt outdated, and some of the furniture seemed worn. The air conditioning was noisy. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. Some days, they did a thorough job, but other days, they barely touched the room. the lack of attention to detail detracted from the experience.
