Yasemin from guest relations was helpful. Her attentiveness alone warrants a return trip. The hotel staff ensured high service standards, cleanliness, and a diverse selection of food options. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and excellent service provided by the entire team. they really were really good.
The only very minor issue was that the pools outdoors were closed for the season.

I appreciate the hotel staff. They were friendly and interested in ensuring my comfort. The hotel rooms are kept clean, that is a great thing. The variety of meal options was nice, especially including seafood. The spa and indoor swimming pool were also great additions.
I notice I did had some problem with the luggage service upon arrival. Nobody helped me with my luggage. This is not good for a 5 star hotel.

Our Beautiful King Room Sea View featured a comfortable king bed. Amenities are available in room. The room also included a super clean bathroom and a well stocked minibar that were useful .

The staff showed really good care. ms. yasmin from the guest relations team was particularly attentive. She. everyone greeted us with smiles. This created a very cute atmosphere. the level of detail throughout the hotel was so nice.
finding a clean table during peak dining hours required some patience.
