Amazing vacation!
amazing team kids clubs warm welcome evening comedy
The animation team, Gustavo, Alex, and Evelina MADE our holiday. They are amazing. My daughter was excited to join the kids clubs for pizza MAKING and games! The welcome from the animation team was overwhelming. The comedy between Gustavo and Alex made every evening SO enjoyable!!!
The main pool was sometimes a bit overcrowded. It was challenging to find available sunbeds during peak hours. This made relaxing poolside slightly difficult.

great activities friendly staff fantastic experience
gustavo, alex and evelina formed a great entertainment team. activities included darts, water polo, table tennis and aqua gym. the food choices included gyros and pizza. friendly staff contributed to a fantastic experience.

charmed by my stay!
easy access friendly staff great animation
the location is great with easy access to the beach and shops. the staff members are super friendly and helpful, especially the animation team, gustavo, evelina, and alex. they really made everyone laugh and kept us entertained throughout the day and night!!!
i did find that some of the soft drinks were often flat, lacking fizz. it would be great if the drink quality was more consistent. this small change would definitely enhance the overall experience.

My room included daily housekeeping service with thorough cleaning. I got fresh towels and bedding every day. the room was comfortable and clean with a pleasant view of the pool area. i really liked it!!!

the staff was always very helpful. juliano and chris at the pool bar were great, always providing laughs. varso, aris, and mike were polite and attentive. maria, one of the domestic staff members, worked hard.
