Decent Stay with Some Issues

dust under beds insufficient towels

The breakfast offered a wide selection and met my expectations in terms of variety.

My allocated Standard Room Land View had issues with cleanliness. I found dust under the beds. The towels were insufficient and not regularly replaced. Some days, there were not enough towels provided for the number of guests. The indoor and outdoor pools were too cold for use

the hotel had a great buffet breakfast. i did love the sea view from the room. staff were helpful, especially at reception. they addressed our needs.

i found the evening entertainment a bit lacking.

excellent hotel stay

mountain views attentive staff

i found the hotel offered great views of the mountains. the room was a good size and conveniently located a short drive from the beach and shops. i especially valued the attentive staff and regular drink service by the pool.

i found that the gym equipment could use some maintenance, as some machines were quite noisy during use.

the hotel had amazing views of the hills and the sea i stayed in a family suite it had enough space for everyone i especially liked the professional reception staff they were very helpful i felt very welcome

the gym needed a makeover i found the equipment was a bit outdated the bathroom could also use some work the stairs and corridors were a bit worn it wasn't terrible but noticeable

Amazing hotel, great staff

free transfer beach entry mountain air

The hotel offers free both way transfer to the Green Pine Beach. Entry is complimentary. The location is unbelievably great! It is right near Lycian way. I enjoyed fresh air in the mountains and singing birds. I really liked the free beach transfer and convenient location.

The air conditioning in the room did not function well. The receptionist said the AC could only release warm air. I had to switch it off and open the windows as it was too warm at night. This issue affected the room temperature.
