the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. this was a positive aspect.

the room i had was quite dated. the shower was particularly disappointing and seemed quite old. i expected better facilities.

the hotel location provides amazing views of the coast. this can be seen from the rooms, bar, and restaurants. staff members worked hard and provided high-standard service in all areas. the free sunbeds at vlycha beach were enjoyable and easily accessible by bus.

loose paving stones were a problem on the footpaths. the wooden decking around the pool and pool bar seating needs repair. the showers near the pool were broken and not fixed .

the breakfast buffet had many options (i particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits). the cleaning service was good as housekeeping staff cleaned my room thoroughly daily. the resort's location is fairly close to the city center, about 5 km.

The gym was not open 24 hours. Access was limited to specific times.

hotel greeted me with a welcome drink, this. the on-site supermarket provide conveniences. they upgraded our room to a beautiful double sea view with an open view as per our request. every meal enjoyed on the terrace gave a nice experience because attentive staff.

the spa pool seemed not in use and this give disappointment. pool showers too are not working, I expect better for all hotel amenities to function.

the gym contain several equipments, including treadmills. bike rentals offer for explore surrounding areas. water sports gave the chance to stay active while the scenic spaces allows to relax.
