I had the most amazing week of relaxation at this hotel!!! the staff go above and beyond. adey from banyubiru specifically remembered my dietary needs. he ensured i was okay and had my favorite guava juice prepared. anggreni and yogi at kul kul were friendly and remembered our orders. They were a daily highlight for us.

i wish the food ordering process at the beach restaurant could be faster. it took over 20 minutes to order, and the food arrived before the drinks, a bit odd.

The grounds were beautiful and felt lovingly kept. I especially loved the spacious feel. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite, a nice surprise. I booked a photo session. The photographer was professional. The pictures were fine.

There was one minor issue. Bottled water in the room emitted a strong chlorous smell when boiled. It was only a small inconvenience.

the hotel grounds are well maintained. the pools are clean and spacious. the fitness center has modern equipment. i appreciated the access to a clean beach. the rooms are modern and comfortable. the beds are plush and i slept well. the complimentary breakfast was also nice. it offered a wide variety of options.

the ac was a bit loud, and the sliding bathroom door made a terrible racket when being opened and closed. it was a minor inconvenience.
