i found the hotel decor beautiful. the room was clean and spacious. the staff were quite hospital and helpful, too.
the school next door created disturbances at night due local music. in the morning, school announcements begun early. the noise did affect my sleep.

the hotel ticked all the boxes. the resort was beautiful and the restaurant was really good.
i was disappointed by the room. the air-conditioner dripped water onto the couch. also the bathroom had mould on the grout in the shower

The staff is generous and very helpful. amazing restaurants sit right across the street. That location makes dining easy. the rooms are roomy and neat. i thought the breakfast options were great.
The front office team seemed slow. Check-in took a long time. i feel that team needs reminders. they also asked upfront for a deposit to cover f&b expenses, even though the room was already paid.

helpful staff beautiful dining area varied breakfast inconsistent service missing microwave essential items
The staff was very helpful with check-in. I was carrying a large amount of luggage and they handled it well. The dining area is quite beautiful. The breakfast selection included a huge variety of options.
The room cleaning service was not very consistent. Cleaners sometimes forgot to leave essential items. These items included towels and shower mats. The replacement room was missing a microwave.
