the location is excellent. it is just a five minute walk to ocean drive. i liked the free coffee and tea in the morning.
the road outside is quite noisy. it affects rooms facing that direction. the facilities like the pool on the roof need a bit of an upgrade. i felt it looked outdated.

The room was not great. the bathroom had mold, a very unpleasant sight. the room's glass door with just a roller blind offered minimal privacy. People could see inside as they walked by. it.

the location was great, only a short distance from the beach. the morning coffee service was very nice. we ate outside in the restaurant one evening and found the happy hour amazing!!! the older section of the hotel had a very comfortable room with a large bathroom.
i found a few pieces of furniture a bit dusty.

Inconsistent Experience
amazing staffwet duvet
The staff was amazing and gave a warm welcome at reception.
I was promised a sofa bed as part of the suite, but it was replaced with chairs that barely fit in the room. It was quite frustrating. Housekeeping replaced our duvet with a soaking wet one and did not fix the problem quickly, even after calling multiple times. It was hard to breathe in the hotel.
