I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room! The service I received was really attentive. The pool area was beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere. It wasn't overcrowded at all. I felt that everything was well cared for .

The room had a pool view and a Juliette balcony. I found this very enjoyable. The staff was super friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. Happy hour in the restaurant had great food and drinks.

The lobby smelled like a pub. It was very dark. I found it unpleasant to walk in. The smell was strong. Housekeeping removed dirty towels but did not replace them, a shame. There were no toiletries filled up. Paying that much per night, I would expect more.

i found the location excellent. the hotel design is quite lovely. my room had a steamer, a nice amenity. i appreciated the happy hour at the bar.

I found it slightly inconvenient that only two coffee capsules are provided per stay. Additional ones cost extra.

The pool closed far too early at 5 pm, limiting our ability to enjoy it during the beautiful evenings. our room's furniture was outdated and peeling, with floors that weren't clean. we had to request ice from the front desk each time we needed it. There was no ice machine access.
