the grounds are beautiful, completely surrounded by jungle. valley views were fine. fresh flowers were placed everywhere... the staff's attention was really good. rooms are large and well appointed. i loved the water in the room and turndown service with cookies. the rooms felt very private. the spa was also lovely.
the balcony did not provide much privacy. neighbors could see us from different angles. anywhere outside the room lacked air conditioning. we ordered in-room dinner, but there was no table to place the plates. we ended up eating with the plates on the ground.

I received a cool towel and a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel provided free entertainment some nights.
The rooms are steep. I think mechanical modes could handle this better. The housekeeping service was also quite slow .

the hotel surroundings were alright and the food i ate there was okay after some exploring.
the rooms were steep down, it was difficult for me. i think they could add some mechanical modes to fix this. also, housekeeping was slow. the luggage handling by the staff seemed reluctant too and their faces showed it when i requested for additional shuttle.
