I found the staff helpful. They quickly assisted with my luggage. the pool area was a highlight for me. I saw it was very clean and well kept. breakfast was great (especially the fresh fruit selection!).

the tv remote needed new batteries.

Surprising Value and Great Amenities

strategic location friendly staff balinese garden

I appreciated the strategic location, very close to both the airport and the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I found the swimming pool nice. It was a welcome spot after a day of exploring. The traditional Balinese style garden provided a peaceful atmosphere.

The WiFi connection was occasionally unreliable.

helpful staff reasonable price

the staff were friendly and helpful. free water was provided every day, and housekeeping was done daily upon request. the location is near the main center, convenient. i've stayed here before, and the price remains reasonable.

i found the room design problematic. the door felt easy to open from the outside when i was inside, unless i used the key to lock it from the outside. additionally, there was a gap that allowed people to peek in from outside, which concerned me for privacy.

The ground floor room had a veranda. it had easy access to the pool. tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room, also there is air conditioning and a television. The fridge was a nice touch.

The room was spacious with nice air conditioning. i noticed the daily room service was really thorough! plus, i loved that the pool was right in the middle of a beautiful garden. It felt so relaxing. the breakfast buffet had so many tasty indonesian options too.

the shower temperature was tricky to get right, though!

outdated room limited breakfast

The room I got was not what I expected. The bathroom had a REALLY strong odor. I also thought the breakfast selection was limited. It was like the staff in the dining area REALLY didn't want to be there.
