the resort had beautiful ocean views. the food tasted very nice (i especially liked the jerk chicken). the staff was very friendly. the beaches were fine. every day seemed like a dream, with plenty of fun activities both during the day and at night.
i noticed the gift shops had high prices for small items.

the main restaurant, mo'bay buffet, provided good food, but the service could be slow at times. a sports bar was on the premises and the staff were kind. the coffee shop had great pastries, perfect with a morning cup.

the resort offered many activities and shows. the main pool area was expansive. lifeguards watched over the guests closely. the grounds crew maintained the area well (after a storm), ensuring the beaches remained clean.

the room featured a comfortable king-size bed. the cleaning staff did an excellent job daily. the rooms were spacious. a mini fridge was available and the staff refilled it with water upon request.

a beverage manager was really good and ensured guests were enjoying themselves. a member of the entertainment team, dermonique, was always smiling and encouraging people to join in the activities. the staff's good behaviour could be noted at the mo bay restaurant.

efficient check-inaverage food
the check-in process was efficient upon arrival. (it was quite standard really)
I found the food to be quite average . Nothing stood out. i was hoping for more fresh fruit options, but there were almost no bananas or papayas. the jerk chicken also ran out quickly at the main hut.
