The hotel included a large pool area with slides and a whirlpool. Shuttle services to various excursions and shopping were quick and comfortable. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the private photo shoot experience. The buffet staff provided prompt service, and the area was always clean.

I noticed a faint smell in the hallways and believe the rooms could benefit from updates. This was only a minor issue, as my overall experience was still positive.

The resort offers convenient access to multiple dining options! I particularly enjoyed the jerk hut. Its service was quick. The resort boasts great leisure facilities, including well-kept pools and a lazy river with a waterslide. The availability of numerous large swimming rings to use freely in the pool area enhanced the experience

I just left and i had the greatest time. the bad reviews are shocking. my daughter and me had a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view. the line to leave was a little slow but it went smoothly with patience. the jerk hut food was tasty. the buffet had good variety. I liked it overall. i enjoyed the experience.

the pools could be cleaner, it seemed like they needed regular maintenance to keep them super clean.
